Dr. Paloma is a leadership coach specializing in Emotional Leadership, Intergenerational Communication, and Emotional Coaching in Multicultural Environments. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership & Management, an MBA in International Management, and an International Master's in Tourism & Travel. Over more than 15 years, she has led multicultural, multigenerational teams inside global hospitality organizations operating across dozens of countries — the environment where she developed and field-tested the emotional leadership frameworks she now teaches. Fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, and French, she brings a genuinely international lens to every program she designs.
